Community Guidelines

The primary brand of Cricky World LLP, often referred to as “Cricky World ” or “We,” is Cricky World. Cricky World is committed to providing a platform for expression and fostering a safe environment on its social networks, accessible via the Cricky World mobile app and website (known as the “Cricky World Platform”). Users can engage in various activities such as posting, commenting, voting, participating in discussions, learning from debates, seeking support, and connecting with like-minded individuals within these communities.

The “Community Guidelines” serve as a framework for permissible behavior on the Cricky World Platform and outline basic principles for users. Any content posted, hosted, transferred, or communicated on the platform (“Content”) is subject to these guidelines. By using the Cricky World Platform, users agree to adhere to these Community Guidelines, which may be updated periodically. Cricky World reserves the right to notify users of any changes via email or alerts on the platform.

By using Cricky World, users also agree to abide by the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Compliance with the Community Guidelines is essential, and violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or even permanent banishment from the Cricky World Platform. In cases where there is a perceived risk of bodily harm or a direct threat to public safety, Cricky World may report such information to the appropriate authorities. Cricky World maintains full discretion over the enforcement of these guidelines.

While Cricky World has endeavored to provide detailed Community Guidelines, it is not an exhaustive list, and each piece of content must be evaluated individually within the parameters of the specified limits. Users are encouraged to report any content that violates these guidelines directly or indirectly to Cricky World through the designated reporting process.

Content Prohibited

The Cricky World Platform does not allow the following kinds of content, and Cricky World may take legal action against them.

Spam

Any recurring, undesired, unwelcome activity—whether automated or manual—that has a detrimental impact on the Cricky World Platform communities is considered spam. Avoid doing any of the following to stay away from being a spammer:
Publish, distribute, interact with content, or automatically or manually create pages, groups, events, and accounts on a very high frequency;
Encourage visitors to depart the Cricky World Platform for another website by posting deceptive information, sending them to faulty pop-up websites, or pretending to be well-known firms;
Link to content from third parties that could be hazardous, such malware, phishing websites, misleading pop-ups, etc.
Encourage users to engage in financial activity in an effort to obtain an unfair or disproportionate advantage on the Cricky World Platform;
Program bots that are detrimental to the Cricky World Platform, such as those that are used to advertise goods, services, or content;
Persistently make commercial contact with individuals without obtaining their permission;
Publish content that contains the phrase “follow me” in isolation or make repeated, meaningless remarks on the Cricky World Platform. However, please be aware that this category will not contain actual occurrences when the phrase “follow me” appears in a natural and contextual context;
Post content or comments on a regular basis endorsing other fantasy sports websites, groups on Telegram or WhatsApp, or bringing up the names of Cricky World Platform rivals.
Publishing any kind of content that could lead another user to assume that you are affiliated with a certain brand, business, trust, group, community, or service that offers advice, techniques, hacks, or cheats for fantasy games available on the Cricky World Platform.

False information or fraud

On the Cricky World Platform, you are not required to use your true name;

Nonetheless, the following cannot appear in your name, profile photo, or team name:

Characters speaking several languages;
Words or phrases used in place of names; Symbols; Numerical values, including without limitation mobile numbers;
Unusual capitalization;
Repeating letters;
Any type of offensive or provocative language; or Brand names connected to fantasy sports.

Having said that, we do require users to:

Provide accurate and current account-related information to us;
Avoid impersonating others by using their images with the explicit intent to deceive people; Create accounts with the intention of breaking our guidelines or misleading others;
Use the name or details of another person or organization in a misleading manner;
Post images, videos, clips, gifs, and other content that is likely to deceive the public about the source of the content, if (i) the entity or an authorised representative object to the content;
Create accounts for minors;
Maintain multiple accounts;
Not to make a new account after being banned from the Cricky World Platform;
Not to share an existing account with someone else;
Not to create a new account pretending to be or speak on behalf of someone or anything you are not authorized to represent;
It is forbidden to use someone else’s identity, username, image, brand, logo, or other personally identifiable information.
It is also forbidden to create a user account using someone else’s name and image and then act as though they are posting comments or other content.

Violent and Criminal Behaviour

Anything that promotes violence or could inadvertently cause injury to people in the real world or incite attacks on them on the basis of their race, ethnicity, national origin, sex, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or illness is removed. Hate speech, bullying, harassment, and disinformation that increases the likelihood of impending violence or bodily injury are all strictly forbidden. In an attempt to discern between remarks that are merely informal and those that pose a real risk to one’s own or the public’s safety, we strive to take the language and context into account.

Do not post any of the following:

Declarations that express a desire for violence or that support it; information that celebrates, incites, or advocates for the use of force against a person, a group of people, or an animal;
Threats intended to cause significant harm to private citizens, public figures, high-risk individuals, or high-risk organizations;
Anything that glorifies or encourages terrorist or criminal organizations, individuals, or the activities they carry out;
Anything that glorifies or encourages organized crime, hate crimes, mass shootings, human trafficking organizations, etc.;
False information and unsubstantiated rumors that heighten the possibility of impending violence or bodily injury;
Content that promotes taking part in risky viral challenges; content that encourages vandalism, property damage, theft, etc.
Content that promotes the selling of fantasy teams or persuades people to engage in any type of financial transaction;
Content that encourages bribery, embezzlement, money laundering, frauds, or any other fraudulent behavior;
Anything that encourages or plans the exploitation of people, such as human trafficking; content that promotes self-harm, self-mutilation, and suicide, including explicit imagery and live portrayals of these behaviors;
Show content that supports the making, using, or trading of drugs or other illegal substances, or that promotes drug usage;
Anything that jeopardizes public order, amicable ties with other states, India’s unity, integrity, defense, security, or sovereignty.

Harassment

We do not allow any groups that support this behavior, nor do we allow any individual to be the target of harassment, threats, or bullying on the Cricky World Platform. On the Cricky World Platform, avoid doing the following actions:

Persistently make unwanted, uninvited, or harassing sexual contact with someone;
Attack someone on the basis of their experience as a victim of domestic abuse, sexual assault, or sexual exploitation;
Make threats to divulge someone’s home address, cell phone number, or email address;
Abuse, target someone with profanity, or use curse words or swear words in any language to disparage them;
Make disparaging remarks about other users or people in general;
Make clubs or websites devoted to criticizing a specific person;Call for the self-harm or death of an individual or a collective;
Post anything that makes fun of physical violence, domestic abuse, malnutrition, serious or deadly illnesses or disabilities, or early death;
Make threats against a certain person or group of persons regarding their death, a major illness or disability, or bodily damage;
Disparage a particular person or group of individuals by using sexually suggestive language;
Post statements denying the existence of violent tragedies in relation to disasters that involve victims.

Hate Speech

Anything that incites violence or promotes hate based on identity or vulnerability, or on specific characteristics like race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, caste, sex, gender, gender identity, or a serious illness or disability, is removed. Credible threats and hate speech are also removed.

None of the following should be posted:

Aggressive or dehumanizing remarks, inferiority complexes, or demands for isolation or segregation directed at a particular individual or individuals;
Content that makes fun of incidents or hate crime victims;
Text that uses derogatory language to characterize or disparage individuals;\
Demands the political, social, or economic exclusion of certain individuals or their segregation on the basis of their identification;
Disregard, scorn, disdain, or generalizations regarding the inadequacy of particular individuals based on their identity

Copyright Violation

It is mandatory for you to upload unique content and abstain from publishing anything that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others. It is forbidden to plagiarize other users’ profiles or any part of another user’s profile. Avoid doing the following:

Reshare a team that someone else made and present it as your own;
Reshare a customized picture using another Cricky World user’s data as your own; and
Reshare a screenshot of Cricky World that someone else uploaded and make it appear to be your own.

Security of the Cricky World Platform

We want to promote an authentic, safe, and open environment, thus any attempts to get sensitive personal information through intrusive or misleading means are detrimental to that. For this reason, we forbid attempting to misuse the Cricky World Platform in order to obtain private user information. Avoid doing the following:

Hack the Cricky World Platform, encourage others to do the same, or take part in any other actions that put the Cricky World Platform’s security in jeopardy;obtain or make an attempt to get, without the account owner’s express consent, any account or user data other than your own;
Distribute any person’s private or sensitive data, such as their PAN card, bank account information, AADHAR card, phone number, email address, residential address, etc.;Users and entities may be tricked or encouraged to download and execute files or programs that could jeopardize their online or data security.
If such files and programs damage or obtain illegal access to a computer, device, or network, they will be considered to have installed malicious software, or “malware”;
Disseminate files containing malware, trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other potentially dangerous items;
Try to use dishonest tactics, harmful software, or websites to get sensitive information about other people, including usernames, passwords, or other personal data; disseminate your login credentials in public on the Cricky World Platform or via a third-party service;
Post content that offers advice, promotes Cricky World Platform hacking, or takes part in any other actions that jeopardize or undermine the Cricky World Platform’s security;
Produce, disseminate, or host malicious software or malicious browser extensions in order to breach user privacy, compromise accounts, or prevent the Cricky World Platform from operating as intended.

Offensive Language & Visually Inappropriate Content

Posting sexual or provocative content featuring minors or someone who seems to be a minor is strictly prohibited. We also do not tolerate predatory behavior towards minors. Anything that represents, encourages, or threatens sexual assault, sexual violence, or sexual exploitation is taken down. Anything that promotes, depicts, or arranges for sexual actions with non-consenting individuals gets taken down. None of the following should be posted:

Imagery depicting child sexual abuse, child pornography, and any other content—including fantasy—that shows, encourages, or supports paedophilia, exploits children for sexual purposes, or otherwise sexualizes children or people who appear to be children;
Anything that involves forced stripping or making fun of victims of sexual actions, including any kind of touching, crushing, necrophilia, or bestiality;
Photos of a person who are not consenting to be photographed in a private or covertly captured for non-commercial purposes, showing a genuine person’s frequently sexualized body parts or them having sex;
Information regarding any commercial adult sex services or prostitution activities, including the providing, soliciting, or seeking of escort service fees. Anything that includes pornography or nudity, whether it’s consented upon or not.

Any language that is disparaging or sexually explicit is absolutely forbidden.

Reporting

Every one of us plays a vital role in the Cricky World community. Please use the app’s Report button to report any content that you believe may be in violation of these community guidelines, whether it be a post, a remark, or an email you receive. Please feel free to contact us at helpdesk@Cricky World.com if you would like to report or discuss an offensive post or comment. Try to include as much information as you can when reporting content, including links, usernames, and content descriptions. At Cricky World’s sole discretion, the team will personally review the post or comment and issue warnings via email. If the team determines that the user has posted objectionable content, they may also remove the entire post, ban or block the user for a period of time, or report the offending user to the appropriate authorities, helpline, or outside expert. Users will be prohibited from posting, commenting, messaging in group chats, sending direct messages to other users, and posting on the platform for fourteen (14) days following the date of complaint receipt if they file complaints against any content that other users have posted as a post, private message, or group message, and if multiple users file complaints against the same user at any given time. For the avoidance of doubt, it is important to note that Cricky World maintains the right, upon observation of a violation of Cricky World’s Community Guidelines, to immediately ban a user from the Cricky World Platform from commenting, posting in a group chat, and sending direct messages. In spite of everything in this article to the contrary, a user can request to have their block lifted by sending an email to helpdesk@Cricky World.com. Please be aware that Cricky World reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to evaluate each user’s request for their account to be unblocked on an individual basis. Cricky World’s decision in this regard is final.

Moderation

In addition to the user reporting system for content moderation. When it comes to groups, any user discovered to be posting any of the previously listed forbidden content or to be in violation of these community guidelines may be removed by the group administrators on the Cricky World Platform (referred to as “Group Admin”). By using the “Only Group Admins can send Message” feature, group administrators can prevent any other group members from sending messages. Additionally, Cricky World has the right, in its sole discretion, to prohibit user access to the Cricky World Platform and report dangerous behavior to the appropriate authorities, helplines, and outside experts.
